We all know that stress of everyday life can harm your health — from early aging to heart problems to long-term defect
Stress releases chemicals into the blood
called amino acid homocysteine.
Elevated level of homocysteine
is a risk factor for heart
disease in both men
and women.


What to do

Find something To look on that makes you feel calm and alert

1) Sing or hum a tune that excites you
2) Run your fingers or hands over
    something soft and relaxing
3) Breathe in an aroma that
    you find stimulating
4) Sip something
     that calms and
     relaxes you
5) While seated, stretch or move slowly in a way that both   ease and excites you

It allows us to experience a life filled with peace and joy, filled with the kind of wisdom which will allow us to look at events as they unfold, without being affected by them in an unskilful way which create negative thoughts and emotional disruption.
