Are You Having A Bad Day?

(By: Noli Cerrillo)

Trivial things can cause a bad day.

Whether it’s carrying an argument with your social media friends, relatives or neighbor, spouse or partner, stranded in rush hour, receiving an eviction or disconnection notice or just arising
 from a bad headache.

You know what? “ Happiness is a choice.”

As a single dad living with my relatives in one roof: It is quite a normal scene with me. Not to mention noisy neighbors and their pets ugh.
I just simply remind myself: Not to let irritating things get

on my nerves, otherwise It could actually ruin my day.

So how do I turn around my atrocious day into a graceful day?

Simple....

I listen to my favorite song on my phone and gadgets.

I use my headset and sing along.
Experts say; listening to music you like can alter your mood

 and even lessen depression
Try to choose affirmative,

 inspirational music
 that you can
 sing along to.

2)Go outside, have a little fresh air.

It is inviting to get a broom or a rug or probably re arrange your closet to fold your clothes all day.
But actually going out can alter your brain pattern when you are in a different surroundings.
Go outside, take a little walk.

3) Talk to a friend.

When things get really bad, I mean really bad... I try to take a moment and confer my position with a friend. Mostly it helps me get the bad feelings
out, notably if the situation makes me mad or angry. Keeping it
bottled up inside is not good. We usually try to keep it in,
but then when we can’t hold it in anymore, we let it out
by saying hurtful words that we can never fully take
 back after.
So, talking to a friend can help us get a new perspective. And sometimes it can actually help us forget why we are having a bad day in the first place.

4) Play games.

You can lower your stress and beat exhaustion immediately.
apparently, video games do have a straight, positive effect on the human brain. However, contrary to popular belief, the effects of video games are not negative, but positive.

Here's the thing… there is certainly without question... no such thing as a bad day.

In reality. A bad day only exists in our analysis of reality, which then becomes a self-fulfilling revelation.

Let me share a Qoute :

“There are only two kinds of people who can drain your energy and turning your good day into a bad one: those you love, and those you fear. In both instances it is you who let them in. They did not force their way into your aura, or pry their way into your reality experience.”
Anthon St. Maarten

So? Choice is yours...You want this to be a bad day..or a good day?

then, who did you allow to ruin it?
