Can I postpone
worry?
If a concerning  thought or
   anxiety comes into my head over the day,  
I make a brief note of it and then carry on about my day. I use my android to make a note in the memo. 
(Except of-course if there is a
   fire in the neighborhood or someone is having a heart attack) 
I put in mind that I  have time
   to think about it later, so there’s no need to worry about it
   right now. 
My worry time then is 2pm to 4pm.
   That is the time I check my note or list. If the thought are still
   bothering me. Then I allow myself to worry over them. I have 2 hrs
   right? 
If I feel that they do not seem
   to be important anymore. I cut my worry period brief and I take
   pleasure the rest of the day. 
Why should I waste my time
   worrying in the morning when I need all the time in the world to
   be productive....and while at night when im supposed to be
   relaxing and rewarding myself for a job well-done throughout the
   day?
